General Manager (GM) – Facility Management Role Summary

The General Manager (GM) will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Facility Management business, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. The role carries full P&L responsibility and overseas operations, finance, commercial activities, contracts, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic business plan
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Own full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality
  • Drive EBITDA growth and profitability targets
  • Oversee all Facility Management operations across contracts and sites
  • Ensure service delivery according to contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations
  • Develop key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop senior management teams
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fiel
  • MBA or master’s degree preferre
  • Professional certifications in Finance, Business Management, or Facility Management are advantageou
Experience
  • 15–20 years of progressive leadership experien
  • Minimum 8–10 years in senior management or executive leadership positio
  • Strong Facility Management industry experience is requir
  • Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting, and financial performan
  • Experience managing large-scale operations, contracts, and business growth initiativ
