We are actively looking for a Loyalty & Partnerships Director to join our team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall loyalty strategy aligned with business growth and customer engagement objectives.
- Design and enhance customer‑centric loyalty propositions that drive member acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Lead the evolution of loyalty program structure, rewards, benefits, and customer experiences.
- Build and manage a strategic partner ecosystem that strengthens customer value and program differentiation.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships across retail, travel, entertainment, financial services, and other relevant sectors.
- Drive membership growth through acquisition, engagement, personalization, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, CRM, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to maximize program performance.
- Develop business cases and financial models for loyalty initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor program economics, customer behavior, redemption trends, and ROI to optimize commercial performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase monetization and commercial value across the loyalty ecosystem.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Loyalty and Partnerships team.
- Provide executive‑level reporting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Loyalty Programs, Customer Engagement, CRM, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale loyalty ecosystems and customer loyalty programs.
- Strong background in paid loyalty programs or customer‑centric membership models.
- Demonstrated success in building and negotiating strategic partnership networks.
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing program profitability and revenue contribution.
- Experience developing customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategies.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior executives.
