Someone who has successfully managed an engineering consultancy, understands the Eastern Province market, and is confident in leading people, winning clients, and growing a profitable business from day one.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the engineering office.
• Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design and implement the internal organizational structure and operating model.
• Drive business development and generate new projects.
• Leverage your existing network to acquire new clients.
• Manage relationships with municipalities, government authorities, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Building Code and local engineering regulations.
• Oversee engineering operations, project coordination, and client delivery.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 8+ years of proven experience managing an engineering consultancy office.
• Demonstrated success in leading engineering operations.
• Strong network across the Eastern Province (Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail).

• Major stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of the Saudi Building Code and local engineering regulations.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and bring business opportunities with a track‑record of existing clients.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience building teams, organizational structures, and operational processes.

• Existing portfolio of active clients.
• Track record of winning engineering consultancy projects.
• Commercially driven with strong business acumen.
• Ability to take full ownership of the office and grow it independently.

Compensation.

This is an entrepreneurial leadership opportunity.

• SAR 10,000/month guaranteed during the first 6 months (advance against future earnings).
• Thereafter, your primary compensation will be 40% of the company's net profit.
• The initial salary paid during the first six months will be deducted from your future profit share.
• Unlimited earning potential based on your ability to grow the business.
