Our prestigious client in Khobar, KSA is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses from EASTERN EUROPE to join their joining Operating Nurse (OT). In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for surgery, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, providing suction, and maintaining a sterile environment
• Monitor patients  condition during surgery and provide necessary interventions
• Administer post-operative care, including wound care, pain management, and medication administration
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills
• Should be able to scrub for major cases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in Eastern Europe.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in home country.
• Must be eligible to be licensed as an RN in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 2 yrs experience post Bachelors degree in the OT
• Well versed in scrubbing all the OT procedures
• BLS Certification
