Our client, a forward-thinking company reshaping the laundry service sector in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on innovation and growth, is seeking aSales Executiveto join their team.
As a Sales Executive, you will support sales efforts within your designated territory, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue goals. Reporting to the Sales Territory Manager, this role involvesbuilding relationships with clients, generating leads, and contributing to the company'scontinuedsuccess.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and targeted outreach.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting astheir primary point of contact.
- Present and promote the company'sservices to clients, emphasizing value propositionsaligned with their specific needs.
- Close sales deals to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that generate leadsand build the sales pipeline.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company'sservices and tailor messaging to address client needs and pain points.
- Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create and implement regional sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in B2B or serviceindustries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in sales-related software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus.
