, you will play a key role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives. Reporting to the Sales Territory Manager, this role involves proactively generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the foundation for successful client relationships.

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
• Reach out to prospects through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them to the company's services.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs for lead generation and qualification.

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in sales-related software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus.
