The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development Representative to drive new business acquisition and foster strategic relationships with government entities and enterprise clients across the GCC region. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building pipelines, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver winning proposals for THTC's Smart Mobility, Smart Cities, and Geospatial solutions.

What You'll Do Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and research potential government and enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns through multiple channels
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
  • Conduct initial needs assessment and qualify leads based on solution fit
Client Relationship Management
  • Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in government ministries, agencies, and enterprise organizations
  • Manage existing client accounts and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with Traffic and GIS technical teams for smooth prospect handover
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Build, maintain, and optimize the company's CRM system
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all prospects, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive technical and financial proposals for government tenders
  • Help in RFP requirements gathering and coordinate response development across departments
  • Prepare commercial proposals including pricing, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support proposal presentations and tender clarification meetings
Strategic Collaboration
  • Foster collaboration between THTC and government officials, industry partners, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Represent THTC at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand THTC's market reach
What We're Looking For Required
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B or B2G sales within the Tech/SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes, tenders, and RFP responses (Saudi Arabia or GCC experience preferred)
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2G sales methodologies and consultative selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
    Arabic proficiency highly preferred
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in Smart Cities, IoT, Geospatial, or Mobility technology sectors is a plus.
  • Existing network within Saudi government entities or GCC enterprise sector
  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and smart city transformation programs
  • Experience with Click Up, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
