Position: Sales specialist or Sales Engineer – Industrial Electrical / Low Voltage Panels & Automation panels

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team in the Alkhobar/Dammam Industrial Area.

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for promoting and selling ABB Low Voltage panel solutions, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into profitable orders.

The role will be supported by experienced Sales Managers, who will provide guidance and assistance in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell ABB Low Voltage panels and solutions to industrial customers, commercial, and infrastructure clients.
  • Engage with consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end users to understand technical needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Generate sales leads for green field projects as well as brown field opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers, proposals, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, procurement) to deliver timely and competitive proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Travel across Saudi Arabia as per business requirements for client visits and project follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in LV panel sales or electrical distribution systems or Industrial equipment sales in Saudi or GCC markets.
  • Familiarity with ABB LV products (Tmax, Emax, Pro E, etc.) is preferred or any similar make.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the Kingdom based on business needs.
  • Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Technical training will be provided for suitable candidates not fully familiar with ABB systems.
