They are intent on locating a Sales Manager – Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) solutions will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Reporting to the Country Manager, this position carries strategic responsibility for business development, key account management, and executive-level engagement. The role offers high visibility, direct exposure to C-level stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape commercial strategy within a growing and competitive market.
StrategicSales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive ICT and HCIS solution sales across corporate and government sectors.
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Align annual sales strategy with overall revenue objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour.
- Expand market penetration through structured opportunity mapping.
- Generate sustainable revenue pipelines and long-term growth.
- Manage major accounts as primary commercial point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Identify digital transformation needs and position tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular market intelligence updates to the Country Manager.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Address commercial challenges proactively with leadership guidance.
- Maintain compliance with internal sales and reporting standards.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in ICT or technology solution sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Experience selling into corporate and government sectors.
- Demonstrated exposure to healthcare information systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic planning capability.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Background working with international technology suppliers.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven team-building and leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with market trend interpretation ability.
