What Will You Do
- Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from the Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted
- Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and the Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand
- Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls
- Excellent customer service skills – will never take a "NO" personality
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage
- Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage
- Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to detail

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
