Position: Sales Specialist: Growth & Client Relations

Summary:

The Sales Specialist role in Saudi Arabia is a full-time position designed for a motivated and professional individual passionate about sales and customer relations. This role is critical to driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Specialist will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, contributing to strategic growth through effective communication, market analysis, and sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Identify potential business opportunities to support sales growth
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Follow up on client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist in negotiations and support the end-to-end sales process
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements

  • University degree from a recognized institution
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point
