Position: Required Sales Executive / Sales Engineer

Overview

The Sales Executive / Sales Engineer role is a key position within our expanding team, focused on driving business growth across the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors in the UAE and GCC region. This role requires a dynamic professional who combines strong technical understanding with exceptional client management and sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs.

Success in this role directly contributes to the company’s market expansion and revenue targets, making it a vital part of our long-term growth strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base across the UAE and GCC
  • Promote industrial products, engineering equipment, and technical services to prospective clients
  • Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and high customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions
  • Achieve established sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, industrial equipment, or engineering sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Technical knowledge of industrial products, equipment, or engineering services is highly advantageous
  • Professional, confident, and results-driven approach to business development
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Candidates available for local transfer are preferred
