Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Technical Sales Manager in Al‑Khobar, Saudi Arabia to drive sales of low‑voltage electrical products across the Middle East region.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize market exploitation for the LV Electrical Products portfolio (Circuit Breakers, Switches, Motor Feeders, etc.).
  • Achieve the Sales KPIs assigned to different sales channels across the western region.
  • Develop and maintain an updated knowledge base on LV market segments, pricing, competitors, and applications.
  • Support product marketing activities to meet market expectations and demands.
  • Provide competitive advantages for the product portfolio over competitors.
  • Assist logistics and back‑office teams in order processing and execution phases.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner account needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Support and drive new product launches for control and power distribution applications.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to determine market size and share for various Siemens businesses, updating and maintaining the database regularly.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Build and develop sustainable relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users to promote Siemens visibility in local networks.
  • Actively drive projects with all stakeholders throughout the entire sales process.
  • Develop project pipelines for Siemens and channel partners, ensuring appropriate solution selection.
  • Provide technical expertise on customer application requirements, specify Siemens‑optimized solution offerings, and educate partners and customers on the latest Siemens technologies and features.
  • Support customers in evaluating and defining Siemens products, technology, and constraints.
  • Increase market awareness through promotional events and roadshows.
  • Plan and conduct technical product presentations, seminars, and customer workshops.
  • Drive and secure the required product approvals and pre‑qualification.
  • Support partners in product selection, system configuration, and submittals preparation.
  • Respond to daily sales and technical queries from partners and customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in roles covering sales, marketing, and technical support.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of electrical networks and low‑voltage products and systems.
  • Proven experience in channel partner business for low‑voltage power and control products.
  • Strong presentation skills and market intelligence knowledge.
  • Professional experience managing first and second layers of channel partners.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and team‑player qualities.
  • Critical and strategic thinking with high product and market analysis skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
