Sales Coordinator; Saudi National

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create opportunities in the CRM system and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives, ensuring prompt follow-up and tracking.
• Collect monthly forecasts from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Register end-users and companies in the CRM system maintaining accurate records.
• Facilitate vendor registration processes, both through forms and online portals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Provide support to the sales team in various sales-related tasks, including but not limited to order processing, quotation preparation, and customer inquiries.
• Assist in organizing marketing events such as exhibitions, trainings, and other sales-related activities, contributing to the overall success of the events.
• Assist customers with their inquiries via phone calls, appropriately filtering and assigning accounts as necessary for follow-up by the sales team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other related tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic 1 year experience in sales coordination or similar role, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
