Job Title: Sales Manager – Construction Materials

Location: Khobar & Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship management in Khobar and Dhahran. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling construction, contracting, or carpentry/interior solutions within the Saudi market. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and project‑based sales expertise to grow revenue and build long‑term partnerships.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Khobar & Dhahran.
• Identify and target new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to contract closure.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the construction and contracting sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services as per client requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, carpentry/joinery, interiors, or contracting services.
• Strong network of contacts within Khobar, Dhahran, and the Eastern Province market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B/project‑based sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Valid Saudi driving license.
