Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell residential units across the company’s portfolio of real estate development projects.
• Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels.
• Conduct property presentations, project walkthroughs, and client meetings to communicate project value and investment potential.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage prospects through all stages of the sales cycle.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable residential products and payment solutions.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure timely follow-up and continuous communication with prospective buyers.

• Prepare quotations, reservation documents, and sales-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, customer service, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within residential developments.
