• Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line.
• Adept at solution selling and able to define business value for clients.
• Represents Hexagon with integrity and professionalism, acting as an agent of the company.
• Diligently uses the corporate sales CRM system.
• Engages with executive‑level management at customer companies.
• Has knowledge of Hexagon's product solutions.
• Able to sell multiple product lines, lead financial discussions, and be involved with legal negotiations for client opportunities.
• Understands the customer’s budgeting process and why the budget exists.
• Maintains strong relationships with key accounts.
• Delivers on quota expectations consistently.
• Mentors associate account sales executives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent.
• 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of selling in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
