Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to be a pioneer in our expansion into the Saudi market. Based in the industrial hub of Al Jubayl, you will be instrumental in establishing I-sense as the leading predictive maintenance solution for key industries including Cement, Fertilisers, Steel, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water, and Power. You will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, build a robust client portfolio, and drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the business development strategy to expand I-sense’s presence across Saudi Arabia with a primary focus on the Eastern Province and key industrial sectors including Cement, Steel, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water, and Power.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic prospecting, industry events, referrals, and partnership development.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and discovery meetings to product demonstrations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including plant managers, maintenance leaders, reliability engineers, procurement teams, and executive decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop tailored value propositions, technical presentations, and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to support business strategy.
  • Represent I-sense at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare regular business development reports, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market feedback with product and engineering teams to support continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B business development, technical sales, or account management, preferably within industrial technology, SaaS, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, automation, or asset management solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations and maintenance environments, particularly within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, Power, or Water industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen, capable of identifying market opportunities and translating them into business growth.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
  • Established network within Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
