Key Responsibility Areas Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in workforce catering, corporate catering, industrial catering, government contracts, hospitality services, and event catering.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expand Pattis' catering portfolio.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, business meetings, and industry events.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain regular follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, industrial, government, hospitality, and institutional clients.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess operational requirements and understand customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process and after contract award to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify additional business opportunities and contract renewals.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support contract renewals, amendments, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor public and private sector tender opportunities related to catering and hospitality services.
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, operations, and executive management during tender preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions for RFQs, RFPs, and government tenders.
- Ensure timely submission of all tender documentation.
- Work closely with Operations, Production, Kitchen, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to operational teams.
- Support successful mobilisation of new catering contracts.
- Monitor service performance and coordinate prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
- Analyse customer needs and market demands to identify new revenue streams.
- Provide management with market intelligence and recommendations for business expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer databases, and sales activity reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Track KPIs including conversion rates, customer retention, contract value, and profitability.
- Represent Pattis professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Promote Pattis' catering services while maintaining the company's professional image and brand values.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in catering sales, food service business development, or hospitality sales.
- Proven experience in workforce catering, industrial catering, corporate catering, or hospitality services within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi corporate, industrial, and government catering market.
- Experience in managing tenders and large catering contracts is highly desirable.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of catering operations and food service delivery.
- Experience preparing commercial quotations, tenders, and service agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
