Regional Sales Manager

Our client is an established organization with operations across multiple GCC markets. The company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across a defined region while strengthening market presence and supporting sustainable business growth.

The Regional Sales Manager will lead regional sales operations, manage high‑performing sales teams, and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic sales leader capable of balancing operational execution with long‑term business development.

• Lead sales operations across the assigned region.
• Develop regional commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage regional sales budgets and performance targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and distributors.
• Monitor regional sales performance and profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve commercial execution.
• Prepare executive sales reports and market analysis.
• Monitor competitive activities and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and pricing strategies.
• Represent the business during major customer engagements and industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous regional sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of distribution and channel management.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
• Commercial planning and forecasting experience.
  
  Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic would be an advantage.
