On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their company in Khobar.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and execute growth strategies within the Kingdom
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead proposal preparation and negotiations
- Present and promote company services to potential clients
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline)
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years within Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in business development within engineering consultancy services
- Strong market analysis and opportunity identification skills
- Established relationships with government entities, developers, and contractors
- Excellent knowledge of the Saudi engineering consultancy market
- Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
