We are seeking an experienced Furniture Showroom Sales Executive with a strong background in the Saudi furniture market and proven experience in selling custom-made furniture and interior furnishing solutions
.

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and closing capabilities with excellent customer service, professional presentation, and a good understanding of furniture materials, fabrics, finishes, measurements, and design concepts.

The role requires the ability to understand each client's requirements, preferences, budget, and space constraints, recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations, follow up consistently, and convert showroom visitors and enquiries into confirmed sales.

• Welcome showroom visitors and provide a professional, high-quality customer experience.
• Identify customers' requirements, preferences, budgets, and intended use of the space.
• Present suitable furniture and furnishing solutions based on customer requirements.
• Professionally explain product options, specifications, materials, fabrics, finishes, colors, and customization possibilities.
• Guide customers throughout the purchasing decision and proactively address objections and concerns.
• Negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining the company's commercial objectives.
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation and ensure customers receive consistently professional service.

Sell and advise customers on customized furniture and furnishing solutions, including:

• Sofas and seating solutions.
• Bedroom furniture.
• Dining tables and chairs.
• Wardrobes and cabinets.
• Kitchens.
• Curtains and related furnishing solutions.
• TV units and entertainment units.
• Custom-built furniture and joinery.
• Other made-to-measure furniture solutions.

Understand customer measurements, functional requirements, preferred styles, and materials to recommend appropriate customized solutions.

• Prepare accurate and professional quotations based on customer requirements.
• Explain pricing, specifications, scope, payment terms, and delivery expectations clearly.
• Follow up actively on quotations until the customer makes a purchasing decision.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of open quotations and prospective customers.
• Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate internally when special pricing, technical clarification, or design input is required.

• Follow up with prospective customers through telephone, Whats App, and other approved communication channels.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate information regarding customer requirements and follow-up status.
• Re-engage customers who have previously visited the showroom or requested quotations.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with designers to ensure the proposed solution reflects the customer's requirements.
• Coordinate with measurement teams when site measurements are required.
• Communicate approved specifications accurately to the relevant operational or production teams.
• Follow customer orders from confirmation through production and delivery.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding order progress and any required clarifications.
• Support the resolution of customer concerns relating to specifications, delivery, or installation.

• Identify opportunities to increase the overall value of each transaction.
• Recommend complementary furniture, accessories, curtains, storage solutions, or other relevant products.
• Encourage customers to consider upgraded materials, finishes, or specifications when appropriate.
• Develop complete furnishing solutions rather than focusing only on individual products.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a strong quotation-to-order conversion rate.
• Continuously develop the sales pipeline.
• Increase average transaction value through effective selling techniques.
• Contribute actively to showroom sales growth and customer acquisition.
