We are looking for a motivated and experienced Van Salesman & Merchandiser to join our FMCG sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, developing existing accounts, visiting retail outlets, taking orders, merchandising products, increasing distribution, and achieving monthly sales targets
.

The role requires a strong sales personality, FMCG market experience, and the ability to drive a company van independently.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate new sales from supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets.
• Visit existing and potential customers and actively generate orders.
• Develop new customer accounts and expand product distribution.
• Take orders directly from stores and follow up on deliveries.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
• Negotiate with store managers and buyers to increase orders and product presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Ensure products are properly displayed and fully stocked.
• Maintain strong shelf visibility and product positioning.
• Check prices, promotions, stock levels, and competitor activity.
• Ensure agreed promotions and displays are implemented correctly.
• Report out-of-stock situations and work to prevent lost sales.
• Take photos and provide regular updates on store execution.

• Follow a daily route plan and visit assigned outlets consistently.
• Identify and approach new stores within the territory.
• Monitor competitor products, prices, promotions, and market activity.
• Provide daily/weekly sales and market reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of company products.

• 2+ years of FMCG sales experience.
• Previous experience in Van Sales, Route Sales, FMCG Sales, or Merchandising
  .
• Proven ability to generate sales and achieve sales targets
  .
• Experience dealing with supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets.
• Valid Saudi driving license
  .
• Ability to drive a company van.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Good knowledge of the local FMCG market.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.
