Job Summary

The Crane Operator (50 to 100 Ton) is responsible for operating heavy-duty cranes safely and efficiently for lifting, shifting, loading, and unloading activities within oil & gas and industrial project environments. The role involves performing lifting operations in accordance with approved safety standards, load charts, and operational procedures while ensuring smooth coordination with rigging and site teams. The position requires extensive crane operating experience, strong safety awareness, and compliance with Saudi Aramco and project-specific standards.

• Operate 50 to 100-ton cranes safely and efficiently for lifting and material handling activities
• Perform lifting operations as per approved lifting plans, load charts, and operational procedures
• Inspect crane equipment, controls, wire ropes, hooks, outriggers, and safety devices before operations
• Ensure safe lifting, shifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of heavy materials and equipment
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, supervisors, and site personnel during lifting operations
• Monitor crane stability, load balance, and operating conditions throughout lifting activities
• Follow Saudi Aramco safety standards, site regulations, and operational procedures at all times
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or abnormalities immediately
• Maintain operational records, inspection logs, and daily activity reports as required
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and proper use of PPE during operations
• Support project teams in achieving safe and timely completion of lifting activities

• Minimum Class 10 qualification
• 10 to 15 years of experience in crane operation
• Knowledge of load charts and lifting calculations
• Experience in oil & gas field operations mandatory
• Age between 21 to 40 years
• Valid KSA Crane Operating License (Type – Public Works)
• Valid Saudi Aramco Crane Operating Card
• Basic English communication skills mandatory
