Job Summary
The Crane Operator (100 to 200 Ton) is responsible for operating high-capacity cranes for heavy lifting and material handling operations within oil & gas construction and industrial projects. The role includes executing lifting activities safely, following approved lifting plans, maintaining equipment safety standards, and coordinating with site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Roles and Responsibilities- Operate 100 to 200-ton cranes for lifting and positioning heavy equipment and materials
- Perform lifting operations in compliance with approved lifting plans and load chart specifications
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of crane systems, wire ropes, safety devices, and hydraulic components
- Ensure proper crane setup, outrigger positioning, and stability before lifting operations
- Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors during all lifting activities
- Monitor lifting operations continuously to ensure load stability and operational safety
- Follow Saudi Aramco standards, safety procedures, and site operational guidelines
- Identify and report equipment defects, operational issues, or unsafe conditions immediately
- Maintain crane operation logs, inspection reports, and daily operational records
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of crane equipment
- Support project schedules through safe and efficient lifting operations
- Minimum Class 10 qualification
- 10 to 15 years of experience in crane operation
- Strong knowledge of load charts and lifting procedures
- Experience in oil & gas projects mandatory
- Age between 28 to 40 years
- Valid KSA Crane Operating License (Type – Public Works)
- Valid Saudi Aramco Crane Operating Card
- Basic English communication skills mandatory
