HVAC Compressor Overhaul Mechanic

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and is located at the service center in Khobar.

• Dismantle and perform full mechanical and electrical inspection for piston‑type and screw‑type HVAC compressors.
• Complete inspection report.
• Perform mechanical overhaul alone without assistance (electrical winding is done by a different team).
• Perform complete testing of the compressor after repair.
• Write completion report and present to the maintenance supervisor.
• Assist the motor repair team with dismantling and reassembly of electric motors and other repairs as directed.

• Minimum 3 years experience in compressor mechanical overhaul.
• Experience with Bitzer, York, Carrier, Copeland brands.
• Experience with screw and piston‑type compressors.
• Experience repairing commercial chillers and AC systems.
• Practical experience with Daikin AC error codes and Daikin inverter ACs.
• Practical experience with cold rooms and walk‑in freezers.
• Experience with reefers is a definite asset.
