Operator – Crawler Crane; 300 Ton - IOPC KSA Operations

Job Summary

The Operator – Crawler Crane (200 to 300 Ton) is responsible for operating crawler cranes for heavy lifting and specialized lifting activities within oil & gas and industrial construction projects. The role requires expertise in handling large-capacity crawler cranes, interpreting load charts, maintaining operational safety, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project requirements.

• Operate 200 to 300-ton crawler cranes safely and efficiently for heavy lifting operations
• Execute lifting activities according to approved lifting plans, safety requirements, and operational procedures
• Interpret load charts and calculate safe lifting capacities during operations
• Inspect crawler crane systems, tracks, hydraulic systems, wire ropes, hooks, and safety devices before operations
• Ensure proper crane positioning, stability, and ground conditions before lifting activities
• Coordinate with lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen for smooth execution of lifting operations
• Monitor lifting activities continuously to ensure operational safety and load stability
• Follow Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and safety procedures at all times
• Identify equipment issues and report maintenance requirements promptly
• Maintain daily operational records, crane inspection logs, and lifting documentation
• Support project operations through efficient and safe heavy lifting execution
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE during operations

• Minimum Class 10 qualification
• 10 to 15 years of experience in crane operation
• Strong knowledge of load charts and heavy lifting operations
• Experience in oil & gas projects mandatory
• Age between 28 to 40 years
• Valid KSA Crane Operating License (Type – Public Works)
• Valid Saudi Aramco Crane Operating Card
• Basic English communication skills mandatory
