Job Responsibilities
Execute plumbing and home maintenance work with high professionalism Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide fast effective solutions Handle simple and complex residential plumbing problems independently Install repair and maintain water supply systems drainage systems pipes water heaters pumps faucets and sanitary fixtures Detect water leaks using appropriate methods and tools Perform preventive maintenance to avoid recurring plumbing issues Read and understand plumbing layouts and technical drawings when required Inspect plumbing systems and identify root causes of issues before starting repairs Ensure proper water pressure and drainage functionality in residential properties Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently Recommend suitable repair solutions and required spare parts to customers and management Respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area after completing tasks Follow company procedures safety standards and quality requirements Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients Complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe and with high workmanship quality Strong experience in residential plumbing and home maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements- Ability to solve both routine and complicated plumbing problems efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills
- Experience with installation and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Knowledge of water leakage detection and pipe repair techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with modern plumbing tools, materials, and maintenance methods
- Good understanding of safety standards and best practices
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and explain issues clearly
- Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance work requirements
- Commitment, discipline, reliability, and professionalism at work
- Must hold a valid driving license
- Must hold a relevant academic qualification or technical certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential plumbing work within Saudi Arabia (industrial plumbing experience will not be considered)
