Are you a hands‑on technician with a passion for electronics and problem‑solving? This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter: the setup and growth of a brand‑new service laboratory in Saudi Arabia.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will perform repairs and calibrations on a wide range of test and measurement equipment, ensuring traceable and accredited standards are met. Strong hands‑on experience with electronics repair is essential and considered a key advantage. You will be part of a newly established service lab in Saudi Arabia, working in a small, agile team with the ambition to grow rapidly.
This requires a proactive, flexible mindset and willingness to take ownership across multiple aspects of lab operations. Our goal is to return 95% of all repairs and calibrations within five working days, delivering excellent service and responsiveness to our customers.
- Perform calibrations in line with traceable and accredited standards
- Execute diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic test equipment
- Support the setup and development of the new service laboratory in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery and strong customer satisfaction
- Handle administrative tasks related to service operations (service reports, certificates, system updates)
- Execute firmware, hardware, and software updates where required
- Provide technical support and advice to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase turnaround time and lab efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (mid to high level)
- Hands‑on experience in repairing electronic or electrical equipment (essential)
- Experience with calibration processes is a strong advantage
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with test and measurement equipment (preferred)
- Good understanding of quality standards and traceability (ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus)
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English required;
Arabic is an advantage
