Production Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support the planning, production and on-site delivery of event dressing, signage, branding and related production elements for a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia.

This role will suit a production or site-based coordinator with experience managing the delivery and installation of physical event elements. Candidates from event production, signage, branding, exhibitions, activations, venue operations, visual merchandising, retail fit-out or similar environments are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with production suppliers, contractors and site teams, coordinating installation activities and ensuring that all elements are delivered, installed and finished to the required specification and schedule.

• Coordinate the production, delivery and installation of event dressing, signage, branding and other physical event elements across assigned venues and locations.
• Coordinate with production companies, signage suppliers, fabricators, contractors and installation teams to ensure requirements are delivered on time and to specification.
• Support the production process from artwork/specification through fabrication, delivery and on-site installation.
• Coordinate installation schedules, site access, deliveries, labour requirements and other production-related logistics.
• Conduct and support site inspections, surveys, measurements and installation checks to ensure requirements are achievable and correctly planned.
• Monitor on-site installation progress and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues, delays or changes.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure dressing, signage and branding are installed correctly, safely and in line with approved specifications.
• Identify production and site issues and coordinate practical solutions with relevant suppliers and project teams.
• Maintain accurate production trackers, signage schedules, installation plans, snagging lists and site documentation.
• Track production and installation status across multiple locations and elevate risks or delays where required.
• Support the coordination of last-minute changes, replacements, remedial works and additional production requirements during the event build and operational period.
• Liaise closely with venue, operations, production, branding and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support wider site and event operations as required throughout the project.

• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment and managing multiple locations or work streams.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to track multiple production and installation requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of production schedules, site logistics, installation processes and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach.
• Confident communicating with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Previous experience delivering large-scale events, major sporting events or complex venue projects is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and support site delivery during build, event and de-rig periods.

• Experience in event production, production coordination, site coordination, signage, branding, exhibitions, activations, venue operations, retail fit-out, visual merchandising or a similar environment.
• Practical experience coordinating fabrication, production, deliveries and/or on-site installations.
• Experience working with suppliers, fabricators, contractors, installers and multiple stakeholder
