Our esteemed multinational client, specializing in mechanical construction, heavy equipment and crane services
, is seeking a Senior Rigging Supervisor to lead complex lifting operations.
- Plan and supervise heavy and critical lifts in line with approved lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.
- Lead riggers, crane operators and assembly teams during crawler and mobile crane operations.
- Supervise crane assembly and dismantling, inspect rigging equipment, and lead pre-lift safety briefings.
- Coordinate with project and client teams, stop unsafe activities, and report lifting progress to the Operations Manager.
- 15+ years in heavy lift crane rental or project operations, including 10+ years as a Lifting or Rigging Supervisor.
- Knowledge of assembling Liebherr, Demag and Sany cranes up to 1,250 tons.
- OEM crane assembly training and certification.
- Ability to interpret lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.
- Good English communication skills; MS Office knowledge.
- LEEA Appointed Person certification is preferred.
