Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and nurturing early years setting in the Kidderminster area. The role involves supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping them to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to providing the highest standard of early years care and education. You'll work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Experience supporting children's learning through play and planned activities
  • A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to working with young children
  • The ability to work well within a team and build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding and First Aid training (or willingness to complete)
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
