Our Property Care team, are looking to appoint a skilled

Electrician with strong experience in domestic electrical maintenance and periodic testing of empty properties.

In this role, youll carry out a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks, with a focus on high-quality responsive repairs, void property works, and extractor fan installations. A strong right first time approach, excellent quality of workand attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and periodic testing to a high professional standard.
• Plan, organise, and deliver work efficiently, ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
• Work collaboratively across the Property Care team.
