LCV Technician

We are currently recruiting for the position of LCV Technician on behalf of our client in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional seeking stability and professional growth within a reputable automotive business.

• Basic salary of £37,000
• Potential earnings of up to £41,000 with overtime and bonuses
• 40 hours per week, with various shift patterns available

• Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on commercial vehicles, primarily LCVs
• Identify and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and DVSA standards
• Assist with wheel alignment, tyre fitting, and other general workshop tasks
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and diagnostics
• Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations and quality standards

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Proven experience working on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) or passenger vehicles
• Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to pinpoint faults efficiently
• Ability to handle electrical and mechanical repairs to a high standard
• Valid UK driving licence is essential
• A desire to deliver excellent customer service and maintain workshop standards
