As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on our planned traffic management schemes on our Thames Water contract.

Kidlington, Oxfordshire (Depot location)

Hours
: 50 hours per week, 07:00‑17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Salary
: base rate – £32,500 + average overtime OTE £42,250 per annum + additional loyalty bonuses in first 12 months up to £550. Overtime is paid at 1.5×.

• You will work alongside another TM Operative carrying out methods of traffic management utilising your M1 & M2 certificates.
• Two‑way setups.
• Man on Site.
• Road closures.
• Accurate photographs must be taken for reporting of work carried out using the tablet supplied.
• You will carry out risk assessments and method statements.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks, responsible for vehicle cleanliness.
• Liaise with the general public and direct them through safe site lines as required.

• M1 & M2 Lantra certificates.
• Driving licence.
• IT literate.
