As a Service Writer, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service team, ensuring every customer has a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and understanding their automotive service needs.
• Preparing detailed service estimates and explaining them clearly to customers.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service and repairs.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintaining accurate records of service transactions.

We’re searching for a motivated and coachable individual who is ready to bring their automotive experience to our team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• At least 1 year of automotive experience (required).
• A team player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A customer-first attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
