Engineer III – $6,721 to $7,490 per month (EN-22, Step D to H)
ResponsibilitiesThe Engineer III performs moderately difficult professional engineering work in the planning, design, construction, maintenance, operation and/or evaluation of engineering projects or facilities or assists higher-level engineers on more complex projects; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Legal authorization to work: U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident alien in the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- Basic education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four‑year college or university. Relevant substitutions apply. - Engineering experience:
Two (2) years of progressively responsible professional engineering experience, requiring knowledge and application of basic physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences to theoretical or practical engineering problems. - Driver’s license:
Valid driver’s license at the time of appointment. - Special requirements:
Ability to lift and carry items of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation. - Substitutions allowed:
