Area Director of Finance Compensation

$160k to $180k plus 30% bonus and full benefits.

The Area Director of Finance will oversee financial operations for six properties and five AOAO communities, providing strategic financial oversight and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. This on-site leadership role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced finance professional who can partner closely with the executive team to align financial initiatives with operational goals. The right candidate will lead a team of accounting professionals, analyze financial data to maximize profitability, and ensure the organization's financial health through effective planning, reporting, and forecasting.

• The Area Director of Finance must possess 3-5 years of senior-level finance or accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or property management sectors.
• Proven success in providing strategic financial oversight for multi-property portfolios or complex operations is essential.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting is required.
• The Area Director of Finance must have experience managing and developing accounting teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for this role.
