Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
Comply with Four Seasons policies and standards in all guest interactions;
Maintain working knowledge of concierge services, resort operations, activities and points of interest;
Utilize keyboarding and computer skills to access guest information and reservations;
Communicate clearly in English with guests and team members
