The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Turndown Attendant to join the Housekeeping team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various – must be available to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $26.92 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

  • Provide turndown service to include, but not limited to, partially removing and storing bedcover, fulfilling specified guest preferences (i.e. filling ice bucket, etc.) and replenishing amenities, linens and supplies
  • Clean and stock guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, cleaning bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floor surfaces
  • Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves
  • Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest room
  • Vacuum and empty trash
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's green guidelines
  • Perform Room Attendant and other Housekeeping services, as requested
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Bonus Terms: $500 Sign On paid on the first check, $500 paid after 90 day tenure, $500 paid after 180 day tenure, and $500 paid after 270 day tenure

New Team Member must be active in Housekeeping to receive bonus.
