We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Assistant Director and Director of Food & Beverage.

Learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home department placement, with the goal to be promoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.

• College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

• Excellent human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner.

• Hawaii Food Handler Card.

• Maui Liquor Card.

• Serv Safe (within 3 months).

• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Hourly rate: $28.45.

Full time. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
