Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Support guest services operations:
** Coordinate department activities and support lobby and bell team members as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service

** Provide exceptional service:
** Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, guests, and team members

** Delight our guests:
** Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience

** Prepare group documentation:
** Organize and verify all paperwork, rooming lists, and necessary details to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest amenities and group luggage

** Support special projects:
** Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments

** Provide administrative support:
** Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
