Room Service Waithelp

Marriott is seeking Room Service Waithelp to deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences. In this role, you will take and input guest orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally to guest rooms. You will set up trays and carts to brand standards, verify order accuracy, handle payments, and respond to special requests with courtesy and efficiency.

The position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift while working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate in-room dining orders by phone using POS systems
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously to guest rooms
• Set up trays, carts, and in-room dining presentations to brand standards
• Verify order accuracy, temperature, and appearance before delivery
• Handle guest payments, room charges, and signatures securely
• Respond to special requests, dietary needs, and guest concerns professionally
• Clear trays and carts from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely preparation of orders
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas and equipment
