Role Description The IT Systems & Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Kihei, HI. In this position, the analyst provides day-to-day technical support to end users, including resolving hardware, software, and network issues through both in-person and remote assistance. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining systems, performing routine checks and updates, documenting incidents and resolutions, and escalating complex issues when needed.

The role also involves configuring workstations and peripherals, supporting system upgrades and deployments, and ensuring that security and compliance standards are consistently met. The analyst collaborates closely with other IT team members and client stakeholders to deliver responsive and reliable service.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess some Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills most importantly a willingness to learn and evolve their technical skills.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with clients, teammates, and stakeholders and to document work accurately.
  • Relevant experience with Windows Desktops, Mobile Devices, some understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common business applications is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with MSP environments, ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT best practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently remote and/or on-site, and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced setting is required.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or similar credentials are a plus.
