Senior Commercial Logistics Planner

Position Summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Commercial Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI. The Lead Commercial Logistics Planner is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and synchronizing logistics and sustainment operations in support of program mission objectives.

• Enable operational readiness by integrating military and commercial logistics capabilities across distributed and contested environments.
• Develops and executes logistics plans supporting supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, maintenance, and sustainment.
• Conduct detailed coordination for logistics services and theater movement control between commercial providers, mission partners, and other major military commands.
• Leverage systems like LOGCOP and ULM to monitor logistics activities and support the Common Operational Picture through in-transit visibility (ITV). Develop courses of action (COAs) for mission execution in both steady-state and contingency operations. Integrate commercial logistics solutions and managed attribution approaches to enhance resilience in the Indo-Pacific.
• Ensure alignment with DoD policies, joint logistics doctrine, and theater-specific requirements.
• Develop resilient logistics strategies for distributed and D-DIL environments.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior personnel. Collaborate with Knowledge Managers, BI Suite Analysts, and Program Managers to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Provide recommendations to leadership to optimize logistics performance, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

• MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience.

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $79,700.00-$. MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
