About Us
Malama Pono Autism Center (MPAC) is a small business in Kihei, HI. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for children with Autism. MPAC started in Mililani, Oahu in 2013 and we are excited to also serve children and families in Maui. Our goal is to provide quality care to our children and families as well as creating a community where employees feel valued, appreciated and free to be who they are.
The Kihei Operations Manager role is designed to provide oversight of all operations within the clinic. They provide onsite leadership and support for all functions of the clinic and coordinate with other teams and departments to achieve that goal.
Position ExpectationsThis is a Full-Time position and individual must be available Monday to Friday during general clinic operating hours. In addition, staff must have flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours when projects or special events occur.
This position is primarily completed in a seated position at a desk white utilizing phone and computer. This position will also be utilized in attending meetings, filing, and other administrative functions. At times, responsibilities will be completed outside of center such as community events, conferences, etc. Candidate must be able to lift 25lbs. Manager experience preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year ($24 - $31 per hour) commensurate with experience
