Nurse Practitioner- FQHC Maui Solid

Join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Maui, Hawaii, with 140 employees that provide primary care, psychiatry, pediatrics, OB‑GYN, and Dentistry services. The group is looking for a Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable seeing patients from adolescence through geriatrics

• The group has three offices on Maui‑Ooka, Lahaina, and Wailuku.
• The patient base is 70% Medicaid, 15% No insurance, and 5% Medicare.
• Work a 40‑hour workweek in a Patient‑Centered Medical Home setting. Be part of the care team with MD, RN, and MA. See 16 to 20 patients on a typical day.
• Clinics are open 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday‑Thursday; 8 AM to 5 PM on Friday and 9 AM to Noon on Saturday; share evening and weekend hours with other providers.
• Work one late evening per week.
• Compensation is from $128,750 to $160,000, depending on competency and experience level.
• $10K signing bonus. Potential end‑of‑year bonus up to $10K.
