Licensed Practical Nurse II

Provides a variety of practical nursing care and performs related technical work. May serve as in‑charge or team leader of intermediate care patients, supervise para‑medical assistants or other unlicensed personnel, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Starting monthly salary is at the minimum rate of pay advertised above.

• Legal Authorization to Work:
  Citizens, nationals, permanent residents, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
• Valid State of Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license at the time of application.
• One (1) year of progressively responsible work experience as an LPN, licensed vocational nurse, or registered nurse in providing personal care, nursing care, and related technical work under direction of a higher level LPN, RN, or licensed physician. Experience must be comparable in scope and difficulty to LPN I.
• Registered Nurse license does not qualify as a substitution for a Licensed Practical Nurse license.
