Family Medicine Nurse practitioners are needed to join an FQHC with 140 employees offering primary care, psychiatry, pediatrics, OB-GYN, and Dentistry. Three Maui offices (Maui-Ooka, Lahaina, Wailuku) require coverage across all sites, with a 40-hour workweek in a PCMH setting and a care team including MD, RN, and MA.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of primary care experience as an APRN and will see around 20 patients per day.
