ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and advanced treatment.
Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses.
- Manage ventilators and other critical care equipment as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and the critical care team.
- Educate and support patients and families when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS preferred based on patient population.
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing, patient assessment, and emergency response.
- Previous ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
